Tognis Café.

Rooted in Buenos Aires and founded by Argentine chef Máximo Togni, Togni’s Café grew out of his passion for pastry and baking, drawing from years of experience in the United States and frequent time spent in Paris. Conceived as a small, open kitchen space, the café brings together technique, care, and a deep respect for ingredients.

We developed the visual identity to coexist with Togni’s Pizza while establishing its own character. The system introduces a softer, more refined tone, with a Parisian take on the dachshund mascot and a restrained color palette. As part of the project, we also designed custom molds for the chocolate cookies, inspired by classic French references and developed in collaboration with a specialized chocolate workshop.

Applied across packaging, in store elements, and everyday touchpoints, the identity supports a brand built around precision and curiosity.
